Responsibility
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of hospital facilities, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.
- Lead and manage a team of facility staff, including maintenance, security, and housekeeping, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Develop, implement, and monitor facility management budgets, optimizing resources and reducing operational costs without compromising quality.
- Ensure all hospital infrastructure, equipment, and systems (e.g., HVAC, electrical, plumbing) are maintained to the highest standards of safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to align facility operations with patient care objectives and hospital strategic goals.
- Drive sustainability initiatives, including energy conservation, waste management, and green building practices.
- Coordinate with external vendors, contractors, and regulatory bodies to ensure seamless service delivery and compliance with local and international standards.
- Develop and implement emergency preparedness and disaster recovery plans to ensure continuity of operations in critical situations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CFM, FMP) is a plus.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in facility management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within a healthcare or large-scale commercial facility.
- Proven track record of managing facility operations, including maintenance, compliance, and budgeting in a complex environment.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, safety standards, and facility management best practices (e.g., JCI, ISO, OSHA).
- Experience with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building automation systems, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop staff.
- Strong financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, cost control, and vendor negotiations.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English. Knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
