Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate daily parking operations, ensuring smooth vehicle entry, exit, and parking allocation.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of parking attendants to deliver exceptional service.
- Monitor parking capacity and implement efficient space utilization strategies.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and conflicts with professionalism and diplomacy.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and local traffic laws.
- Maintain accurate records of parking transactions, incidents, and attendance.
- Conduct regular inspections of parking facilities and equipment, reporting maintenance needs.
- Collaborate with management to optimize parking solutions and improve operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in parking operations, security, or a related supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a proven ability to motivate staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly.
- Basic computer literacy for record-keeping and reporting (e.g., Excel, parking management software).
- Knowledge of traffic management and local parking regulations is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education in management is advantageous.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
