Responsibility
- Oversee the maintenance and operation of automotive facilities, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Develop and implement facilities management strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless facility operations and support for automotive projects.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to industry best practices.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for facility services, equipment, and maintenance.
- Monitor and maintain facility systems, including HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems, to ensure optimal performance.
- Lead initiatives to enhance sustainability and energy efficiency within the facilities.
- Prepare and present reports on facility performance, budgeting, and operational metrics to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in facilities management, preferably in the automotive or manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of facility systems, maintenance protocols, and safety regulations.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Proficient in using facilities management software and tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze data and prepare comprehensive reports for management.
- Certification in facilities management (e.g., CFM, FMP) is a plus.
