Responsibility
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on optical equipment, HVAC systems, electrical installations, and plumbing to ensure operational efficiency.
- Inspect and troubleshoot facility-related issues, including lighting, ventilation, and safety systems, to comply with healthcare standards.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for repairs, installations, or upgrades of facility infrastructure.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, work orders, and inventory of spare parts and tools.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations in all facility operations.
- Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests to minimize downtime in clinical operations.
- Collaborate with the operations team to plan and execute facility improvements or renovations.
- Conduct regular audits of equipment and systems to identify potential risks or inefficiencies.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or Vocational Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in facilities maintenance, HVAC systems, or building management, preferably in a healthcare or clinical setting.
- Strong technical skills in electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance with the ability to read blueprints and schematics.
- Familiarity with optical or medical equipment maintenance is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer literacy for maintenance tracking and reporting.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal).
