Join Hidden Hills Villas as a Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) Engineering Staff and play a pivotal role in maintaining the luxury and functionality of our premium properties across Bali’s most sought-after locations, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.
In this hands-on position, you will ensure the seamless operation of all MEP systems, from HVAC and electrical wiring to plumbing and water management. Your expertise will directly contribute to the comfort, safety, and sustainability of our villas, enhancing the experience for guests and residents alike.

Responsibility
- Perform daily inspections, maintenance, and repairs of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in luxury villas.
- Troubleshoot and resolve MEP-related issues efficiently to minimize downtime and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Conduct preventative maintenance to extend the lifespan of equipment and reduce emergency repairs.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to plan and execute upgrades or renovations for MEP systems.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory of spare parts.
- Assist in energy-saving initiatives by optimizing MEP system performance and reducing waste.
- Provide on-call support for urgent MEP emergencies outside regular working hours.
Qualifications
- Diploma or vocational training in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Plumbing (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in MEP maintenance, preferably in hospitality, real estate, or property management.
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical circuits, water pumps, and plumbing fixtures.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Proficient in using hand and power tools, as well as diagnostic equipment (e.g., multimeters, pressure gauges).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Physical stamina to perform manual tasks, including lifting, climbing, and working in confined spaces.
- Basic English proficiency (written and verbal) to communicate with international teams and guests.
