As a key member of our technical division, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety, functionality, and efficiency of critical infrastructure across commercial, industrial, and residential projects. Responsibility
- Install, maintain, and repair fire fighting systems (sprinklers, alarms, suppression systems) in compliance with local and international safety standards.
- Perform routine inspections and testing of mechanical & electrical (M&E) systems to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Assist in the execution of civil construction projects, including exterior and interior works, with a focus on precision and durability.
- Troubleshoot technical issues in general contracting projects and provide effective solutions.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to ensure seamless integration of systems.
- Prepare technical reports, maintenance logs, and compliance documentation.
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and industry regulations in all operations.
- Provide on-site support and emergency response for critical system failures.
Qualifications
- Minimum SMK (Vocational High School) or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related fields.
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in fire safety systems, M&E installations, or general construction.
- Strong technical knowledge of NFPA, SNI, or other fire safety standards.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Hands-on proficiency with tools and equipment for installation, repair, and maintenance.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Physical fitness and ability to work in high places, confined spaces, or outdoor environments.
- Willingness to travel across Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, Badung) as required.
