Responsibility

- Conduct preventive maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and structural systems.
- Maintain common areas, including lobbies, hallways, and outdoor spaces, to ensure cleanliness and functionality.
- Coordinate with external vendors for specialized repairs or installations when necessary.
- Document all maintenance activities, including work orders, inspections, and repairs.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes in all maintenance tasks.
- Assist in emergency maintenance situations, such as power outages or water leaks, with minimal downtime.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a maintenance technician, preferably in residential or commercial properties.
- Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building maintenance.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Physical stamina to perform manual tasks, including lifting, climbing, and standing for extended periods.
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools safely and effectively.
