Responsibility
- Oversee the maintenance, repair, and operation of building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems.
- Conduct regular inspections and assessments to identify potential issues and implement preventive maintenance strategies.
- Manage and coordinate facility repairs, renovations, and upgrades with external contractors and vendors.
- Ensure compliance with local safety regulations, building codes, and environmental standards.
- Develop and implement energy-efficient practices to optimize facility operations and reduce costs.
- Monitor facility performance metrics and generate reports for management review.
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests and coordinate timely resolutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support operational needs and facility-related projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in facilities management, building maintenance, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems.
- Experience with preventive maintenance programs and facility management software.
- Familiarity with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards in Indonesia.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with teams, vendors, and contractors.
- Certifications in Facility Management (CFM), OSHA, or related fields are a plus.
