Responsibility
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of facilities, ensuring all systems operate efficiently and safely.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external contractors to execute facility-related projects on time and within budget.
- Conduct regular inspections of buildings, equipment, and systems to identify and address potential issues.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of assets.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and environmental policies.
- Manage facility budgets, track expenses, and optimize resource allocation.
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests and resolve issues promptly to minimize disruptions.
- Collaborate with management to plan and execute facility upgrades and expansions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in facilities management, maintenance, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and structural components.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in using facility management software and tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with teams and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
