Responsibility
- Assist in the daily management of airport facilities, including maintenance, cleaning, and security operations.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective service delivery.
- Monitor compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations in all facility operations.
- Support the implementation of preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend asset lifespan.
- Assist in budget tracking and expense reporting for facility-related projects.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement.
- Liaise with airport stakeholders to address operational challenges and service requests.
- Contribute to emergency response planning and crisis management protocols.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in facilities management, preferably in aviation, hospitality, or large-scale infrastructure.
- Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) and maintenance best practices.
- Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office and facility management software.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali, Indonesia for the contract duration.
