In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the smooth operation of our facility's infrastructure, specifically focusing on HVAC systems and general building maintenance.

Responsibility
- Perform regular preventive maintenance and emergency repairs on various air conditioning units (split-type, window, and centralized systems).
- Conduct routine inspections of facility equipment, electrical systems, and plumbing fixtures to ensure operational efficiency.
- Troubleshoot HVAC malfunctions and perform necessary component replacements or system adjustments.
- Maintain detailed maintenance logs and documentation for all facility equipment service records.
- Coordinate with production teams to address facility-related issues that may impact operational uptime.
- Ensure compliance with all safety protocols, building codes, and environmental regulations while performing tasks.
- Assist in general facility upkeep, including lighting repairs, basic masonry, and painting tasks as required.
Qualifications
- Vocational or Technical Diploma in HVAC, Electrical Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Aircon Technician or Facility Maintenance Technician, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Strong knowledge of refrigerant handling, electrical wiring, and HVAC control systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and electrical diagrams.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Physical capability to perform manual labor, including lifting equipment and working in confined spaces.
- Willingness to work on a shifting schedule as business needs require.
- Residing in or near Calamba City, Laguna is a distinct advantage.
