Responsibility
- Lead and manage industrial facilities operations, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize facility performance and cost efficiency.
- Oversee contract management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and upgrades to ensure facility reliability and longevity.
- Monitor and improve operational processes to enhance productivity and service delivery.
- Lead a team of facilities professionals, providing mentorship and performance management.
- Ensure adherence to environmental, health, and safety (EHS) policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in facilities management, preferably in an industrial setting.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management abilities.
- Proficiency in budgeting, financial analysis, and contract management.
- Knowledge of EHS regulations and compliance standards.
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
- Familiarity with facility management software and tools.
