As a Stock Keeper, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining accurate stock levels, organizing warehouse operations, and collaborating with procurement and F&B teams to deliver exceptional service. Responsibility
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels for F&B supplies, ensuring stock availability and minimizing wastage.
- Receive, inspect, and log incoming deliveries, verifying quantities and quality against purchase orders.
- Organize and label stock in warehouses or storage areas for easy retrieval and efficient space utilization.
- Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies, reporting findings to management.
- Coordinate with procurement teams to place orders and track deliveries, ensuring timely restocking.
- Assist in rotating stock (FIFO/FEFO) to prevent spoilage and maintain product freshness.
- Prepare and package stock for distribution to F&B outlets as required.
- Maintain clean, safe, and compliant storage areas in accordance with health and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in stock keeping, warehouse management, or inventory control, preferably in the F&B or hospitality industry.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with numerical data accurately.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management systems or spreadsheet software (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets).
- Physical stamina to lift and move stock (up to 20-25 kg) and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Good communication skills in English and/or Indonesian to liaise with teams and suppliers.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays, as needed.
- Familiarity with F&B products, storage requirements, and safety protocols is a plus.
