Responsibility

  • Assist in food preparation, plating, and presentation to ensure high-quality dishes are served to guests.
  • Operate and maintain dishwashing equipment, ensuring all utensils, glassware, and cookware are cleaned and sanitized.
  • Support kitchen staff in maintaining a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment in compliance with food safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with the F&B team to set up and break down event spaces, including tables, chairs, and decorative elements.
  • Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and kitchen essentials, reporting shortages to supervisors.
  • Assist in basic cooking tasks, such as chopping ingredients or preparing simple dishes, under the guidance of chefs.
  • Follow sustainable practices, including proper waste disposal and recycling, to minimize environmental impact.
  • Provide exceptional support during peak service hours to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role within the hospitality or F&B industry (fresh graduates with relevant internships are encouraged to apply).
  • Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards (e.g., HACCP).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently under pressure.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with kitchen and service staff.
