Responsibility
- Welcome and seat guests with professionalism, ensuring a warm and personalized first impression.
- Assist in setting up dining areas, including table arrangements, linen, and silverware, according to fine-dining standards.
- Take and relay orders accurately, while providing recommendations on dishes, beverages, and wine pairings.
- Serve food and beverages with precision, adhering to timing, presentation, and etiquette protocols.
- Monitor guest satisfaction, address concerns promptly, and escalate issues to senior staff when necessary.
- Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to ensure seamless coordination between front and back of house.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in dining areas, including replenishing supplies and resetting tables.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance knowledge of Chinese cuisine, service techniques, and cultural nuances.
Qualifications
- Passion for hospitality and a genuine desire to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional Mandarin or Indonesian is a plus).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of fine-dining service standards and etiquette (training will be provided).
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required by the restaurantâs operating hours.
