Responsibility
- Deliver impeccable food and beverage service in accordance with St. Regis standards, ensuring guest satisfaction at every touchpoint.
- Anticipate and exceed guest expectations by providing personalized service, including recommendations on menu selections and wine pairings.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure seamless execution of service, from table setup to final presentation.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of menu offerings, ingredients, and preparation methods to confidently address guest inquiries.
- Uphold the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and sanitation in all food and beverage operations.
- Assist in training and mentoring new team members to foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve any service-related issues with professionalism and discretion.
- Contribute to the creation of memorable dining experiences by incorporating local Balinese hospitality traditions.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a luxury hotel, fine dining restaurant, or high-end resort.
- Proven track record in delivering exceptional guest service in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including service etiquette, wine service, and menu presentation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by the demands of the hospitality industry.
- Certification in food safety and hygiene (e.g., HACCP) is highly desirable.
- Passion for hospitality and a genuine desire to create unforgettable experiences for guests.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer skills for order management and reporting.
