Responsibility
- Greet and welcome guests with professionalism and warmth at the reception desk.
- Manage reservations, check-ins, and check-outs efficiently using property management systems.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns promptly.
- Assist in F&B operations, including order-taking, serving food/beverages, and maintaining cleanliness.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth daily operations and high service standards.
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately.
- Maintain a tidy and organized workspace, adhering to hygiene and safety protocols.
- Upsell menu items or services to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in F&B service, reception, or customer service (fresh graduates with a passion for hospitality are welcome).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Friendly, approachable, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems or reservation software is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
