Responsibility
- Deliver attentive and personalized food and beverage service to guests, ensuring a high standard of hospitality.
- Assist in the setup, operation, and breakdown of dining areas, bars, and event spaces according to hotel standards.
- Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
- Maintain a deep knowledge of menu offerings, including ingredients, preparation methods, and pairing suggestions.
- Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and feedback with professionalism and a solution-oriented approach.
- Uphold hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards in all food and beverage areas.
- Support inventory management, including restocking supplies and reporting discrepancies.
- Participate in training programs to enhance service skills and product knowledge.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of food and beverage service standards, including wine and cocktail service.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- A positive attitude, teamwork mindset, and commitment to guest satisfaction.
- Basic computer skills for order processing and inventory management.
- Certification in food safety or hospitality is an advantage.
