Responsibility
- Greet customers warmly and provide personalized recommendations for Cafe Excelso’s premium coffee and food offerings.
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tea, and other beverages according to brand standards.
- Operate cash registers, process payments, and maintain accurate transaction records.
- Upsell menu items and promotional products to enhance customer satisfaction and sales.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing café environment, including workstations and customer areas.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a café, restaurant, or customer service role (preferably in hospitality).
- Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques, including espresso-based drinks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and inventory.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus.
