Responsibility
- Assist in the preparation and cooking of Italian dishes under the supervision of senior chefs.
- Ensure all food items are prepared according to recipes and presentation standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with hygiene and safety regulations.
- Support in the receiving and storage of ingredients, ensuring quality and freshness.
- Assist in inventory management and stock rotation to minimize waste.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service during peak hours.
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
- Contribute to the development of new menu items and specials.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a professional kitchen, preferably in Italian cuisine.
- Culinary degree or certification is a plus but not required.
- Strong passion for cooking and eagerness to learn.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
