Responsibility
- Assist in daily F&B operations, including service coordination, staff supervision, and customer engagement.
- Support the management team in maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
- Learn and execute inventory management, cost control, and vendor negotiations under guidance.
- Contribute to creating a positive dining experience by ensuring smooth workflow and attentive guest service.
- Participate in training programs to develop leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Monitor and report on customer feedback to improve service and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Assist in planning and executing promotional events or special menus to attract and retain customers.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Passion for the F&B industry with a strong desire to pursue a management career.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests and team members.
