Responsibility
- Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience at our luxury wellness retreat.
- Manage front desk operations, including reservations, inquiries, and guest requests, with efficiency and attention to detail.
- Coordinate with wellness practitioners to schedule appointments, ensuring optimal guest flow and satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information, preferences, and feedback to enhance personalized service.
- Handle guest concerns or complaints with empathy and discretion, escalating issues to management when necessary.
- Assist in promoting wellness programs, packages, and promotions to guests, contributing to revenue growth.
- Ensure the front desk area is well-organized, presentable, and stocked with necessary materials (e.g., brochures, forms).
- Collaborate with housekeeping, security, and other departments to ensure a cohesive guest experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a front desk, reception, or customer service role, preferably in hospitality or wellness.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin, Russian) are a strong advantage.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to connect with guests from diverse backgrounds.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and front desk management software (e.g., Opera, Cloudbeds).
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional demeanor, positive attitude, and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
- Knowledge of wellness practices or a genuine interest in holistic health is a plus.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required by the retreatâs operations.
