Responsibility

  • Oversee daily housekeeping operations to ensure all guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces meet the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
  • Develop and implement efficient cleaning schedules, staff rotations, and quality control procedures to optimize productivity.
  • Lead, train, and mentor a team of housekeeping staff, fostering a culture of professionalism, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Monitor and manage inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and amenities, ensuring cost-effective procurement and minimal waste.
  • Collaborate with front office and maintenance teams to address guest requests, resolve issues promptly, and maintain seamless inter-departmental communication.
  • Conduct regular inspections of rooms and facilities, addressing any deficiencies and implementing corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations, as well as company policies and industry best practices.
  • Analyze guest feedback and service metrics to identify areas for improvement and enhance overall guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in housekeeping management within the hospitality industry, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage, motivate, and develop a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations, including cleaning techniques, chemical safety, and inventory management.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
