Responsibility

  • Oversee daily operations of the commissary kitchen, ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Manage inventory, order supplies, and maintain cost-effective purchasing practices.

  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for food preparation and storage.

Qualifications
