Responsibility
- Greet and seat guests with a friendly and professional demeanor, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Take and process customer orders accurately, including handling cash and digital payments at the register.
- Provide bilingual support (Mandarin and English) to assist international and local customers with menu inquiries and special requests.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including dining areas, counters, and cashier stations.
- Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with patience and professionalism, escalating issues when necessary.
- Upsell menu items and promotions to enhance customer satisfaction and revenue.
- Adhere to food safety, hygiene, and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Mandarin and English (spoken and written) is required.
- Previous experience in F&B service, cashiering, or customer service is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and stay composed under pressure.
- Basic math and cash-handling skills for accurate transaction processing.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends, holidays, and peak hours.
- A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Familiarity with POS systems is an advantage.
