Responsibility
- Provide exceptional food and beverage service to guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience.
- Welcome and seat guests, present menus, and provide detailed information on food and beverage offerings.
- Take and relay orders accurately to the kitchen and bar, ensuring timely delivery.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns or special requests promptly and professionally.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, adhering to hygiene and safety standards.
- Assist in training and mentoring new team members to uphold service standards.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service execution.
- Handle cash and payment transactions accurately and efficiently.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English.
- Strong customer service orientation and a passion for delivering high-quality service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and professionalism.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service standards and etiquette.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
