Responsibility
- Provide attentive, personalized service to guests in restaurants, bars, or event spaces.
- Take orders accurately, recommend menu items, and upsell specials or promotions.
- Ensure tables are set, cleaned, and maintained to luxury standards.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely, high-quality food and beverage delivery.
- Handle cash and digital payments with precision and integrity.
- Resolve guest concerns professionally to enhance satisfaction.
- Maintain knowledge of menus, ingredients, and dietary restrictions.
- Assist with event setup, buffet service, or private dining as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in F&B service (hotels, restaurants, or cafes preferred).
- Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
