Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate daily F&B operations, ensuring smooth service and adherence to brand standards.
- Lead, train, and motivate a diverse team of waitstaff, bartenders, and kitchen liaisons to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and manage supplier relationships to maintain optimal stock and cost control.
- Resolve customer complaints professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction and repeat business.
- Implement and enforce health, safety, and hygiene protocols in compliance with local regulations.
- Develop and update SOPs, menus, and promotional strategies to enhance service efficiency and revenue.
- Conduct regular staff performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with the management team to plan events, private functions, and seasonal offerings.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the F&B industry.
- Proven track record in high-volume restaurants, resorts, or luxury hospitality settings.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
- Knowledge of POS systems, inventory management, and basic financial reporting.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Certification in food safety (e.g., HACCP) or hospitality management is advantageous.
