As our F&B Project Manager, you will oversee the end-to-end development of high-impact F&B projects, from conceptualization to grand opening. Responsibility
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of F&B projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with brand standards and business objectives.
- Collaborate with chefs, designers, and operations teams to develop innovative F&B concepts that captivate guests and drive revenue.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources, optimizing efficiency without compromising quality.
- Conduct market research and trend analysis to identify opportunities for menu innovation, service enhancements, and guest experience improvements.
- Oversee vendor and supplier negotiations, ensuring cost-effective sourcing of high-quality ingredients and equipment.
- Coordinate with marketing and PR teams to create buzz-worthy launches and promotional campaigns for new F&B ventures.
- Monitor project KPIs, including ROI, guest satisfaction, and operational performance, and present reports to senior leadership.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations for all F&B operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in F&B project management, preferably within luxury hotels, resorts, or high-end restaurants.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering F&B projects on time and within budget.
- Strong understanding of culinary trends, menu engineering, and service excellence in the hospitality industry.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana) and financial analysis.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian is advantageous.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with a passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
