Responsibility
- Oversee daily operations of the F&B outlet, ensuring seamless service and adherence to brand standards.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance customer satisfaction and drive revenue growth.
- Lead, train, and motivate a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage supplier relationships, and optimize cost control without compromising quality.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to staff.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations in alignment with local and international standards.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to design and execute promotional campaigns and loyalty programs.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in F&B management, preferably in a high-volume or luxury setting.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving operational efficiency.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
- Knowledge of POS systems, inventory management software, and financial reporting.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
