Responsibility
- Provide friendly and efficient service to all guests, ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately and promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the outlet, including tables, counters, and service areas.
- Assist in setting up and breaking down the outlet before and after service hours.
- Handle cash transactions and operate POS systems with accuracy.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues professionally.
- Follow all health, safety, and hygiene standards as per company policies.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail, F&B, or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Active, disciplined, and eager to learn with a positive attitude.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Physical stamina to stand and move for extended periods.
- Basic English proficiency is a plus.
