Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate daily F&B operations, ensuring smooth service flow and adherence to brand standards.
- Lead, train, and motivate the F&B team to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a positive work environment.
- Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and manage stock to minimize waste and control costs.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations in all food preparation and service areas.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally, resolving issues to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and management teams to optimize menu offerings and service efficiency.
- Conduct regular staff performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement.
- Assist in planning and executing promotional events, special menus, and marketing initiatives to drive sales.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the F&B or hospitality industry.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a diverse team.
- Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and service standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages a plus).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and peak service times.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering high-quality service.
- Basic computer literacy (POS systems, inventory management software) is preferred.
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field is advantageous.
