Responsibility
- Greet and seat guests with a warm, professional demeanor.
- Take and accurately relay customer orders for hotpot and beverages.
- Assist in preparing and serving food/beverages according to standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, tables, and service stations.
- Monitor and replenish supplies (e.g., utensils, condiments, napkins).
- Handle cash transactions and process payments using POS systems.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly.
- Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Minimum age of 18 years old.
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Previous experience in F&B or customer service is advantageous but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings.
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Basic knowledge of hygiene and food safety standards.
