Responsibility
- Lead and coordinate the F&B service team to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Oversee table setups, menu presentations, and beverage service with meticulous attention to detail.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior staff to maintain high service standards.
- Manage guest inquiries, special requests, and resolve any service-related issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking supplies as needed.
- Uphold hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards in compliance with local regulations.
- Contribute to creating a positive and engaging atmosphere for guests and staff alike.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within upscale restaurants, hotels, or beach clubs.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Knowledge of wine, cocktails, and fine dining service etiquette.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Professional appearance and a customer-centric mindset.
- Basic computer skills for POS systems and reservation management.
