Responsibility
- Conduct internal audits of financial records, processes, and controls within F&B operations to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Identify and assess financial risks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement, providing actionable recommendations to management.
- Prepare detailed audit reports with findings, root causes, and corrective action plans for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with accounting, finance, and operations teams to streamline financial processes and enhance internal controls.
- Monitor and verify the accuracy of inventory management, cost control, and revenue recognition in F&B outlets.
- Assist in the development and implementation of audit plans, checklists, and procedures tailored to the F&B industry.
- Ensure adherence to tax regulations, GAAP, and local financial reporting standards.
- Support external audits by liaising with auditors and providing necessary documentation and explanations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Certification (e.g., CPA, CIA) is a plus.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Audit Staff, preferably in the F&B, hospitality, or retail industry.
- Strong knowledge of auditing standards, financial controls, and risk assessment.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Indonesian tax laws and financial regulations is highly desirable.
- Attention to detail, integrity, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
