Responsibility
- Provide prompt, friendly, and professional food and beverage service to guests in line with brand standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, buffet stations, and service counters.
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of restaurant outlets and banquet event spaces.
- Take guest orders accurately and coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely delivery.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns with a solution-oriented approach.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with the replenishment of supplies and consumables.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Possess a minimum of SPM or Diploma in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.
- Previous experience in an F&B service role or hospitality environment is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with a diverse range of guests.
- Strong team player with a positive, 'can-do' attitude and professional appearance.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; additional languages are an added advantage.
- Basic understanding of point-of-sale (POS) systems and food handling standards.
