Responsibility
- Provide prompt and courteous room service to guests, ensuring all orders are delivered accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of the menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and special dietary requirements.
- Set up and present food and beverage items in an appealing and professional manner.
- Handle guest inquiries and special requests with a positive and solution-oriented approach.
- Ensure all room service equipment and supplies are well-stocked and maintained.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and F&B team to ensure smooth and timely service delivery.
- Adhere to hygiene and safety standards at all times.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization in the room service area.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
