Responsibility
- Oversee daily construction activities, ensuring compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to maintain project timelines and budgets.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to design standards.
- Resolve on-site issues promptly, including delays, material shortages, or technical challenges.
- Ensure all construction activities meet local building codes, environmental regulations, and CBRE's sustainability goals.
- Prepare and submit progress reports, risk assessments, and documentation to senior management.
- Lead safety briefings and enforce strict adherence to CBRE's health and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement design changes or optimizations as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction supervision, preferably in data center or commercial projects.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale construction projects from inception to completion.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, and safety regulations in Indonesia.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project) and AutoCAD.
- Certification in OSHA or equivalent safety standards is a plus.
- Ability to work in Bali with valid work authorization.
