Responsibility
- Coordinate and manage all export and import documentation, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations.
- Liaise with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and government agencies to facilitate smooth shipments.
- Maintain accurate records of all export and import transactions, including invoices, packing lists, and certificates.
- Monitor shipment schedules and track deliveries to ensure timely arrival and departure of goods.
- Prepare and submit reports on export and import activities to management.
- Resolve any discrepancies or issues related to shipments, working closely with internal teams and external partners.
- Stay updated on changes in trade regulations and implement necessary adjustments to company procedures.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and cost analyses for export and import operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in export/import administration or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of customs regulations, trade compliance, and international shipping procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with ERP or logistics software.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in documentation and record-keeping.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
