Responsibility

  • Manage end-to-end export/import orders for clients across Asia, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations and Incoterms.
  • Prepare and verify shipping documentation, including bills of lading, commercial invoices, and packing lists, with 100% accuracy.
  • Process orders in SAP ERP systems, maintaining real-time updates and resolving discrepancies promptly.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer coordination, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing proactive updates on shipment status.
  • Collaborate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and internal teams to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
  • Monitor and report on logistics performance metrics, identifying bottlenecks and recommending process improvements.
  • Stay updated on trade compliance requirements, including tariffs, sanctions, and export controls, and advise stakeholders accordingly.
  • Maintain organized records of all transactions, communications, and documentation for audit and reference purposes.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in export/import customer service, logistics, or supply chain management, preferably in a multinational environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of Incoterms 2020 and international shipping practices (air, sea, and land).
  • Proficiency in SAP ERP or similar order management systems; hands-on experience is a plus.
  • Strong command of English (written and verbal) with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple orders and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with customs regulations, HS codes, and trade compliance in Asian markets.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
