Responsibility
- Prepare and verify shipping documents (e.g., commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin) for international shipments.
- Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., production, planning, artwork) to ensure accurate and timely documentation.
- Liaise with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and shipping lines to facilitate smooth export processes.
- Monitor and track shipments to ensure compliance with international trade regulations and deadlines.
- Maintain organized records of all export-related documents and communications for audit purposes.
- Resolve discrepancies or delays in shipping documentation and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Assist in preparing export declarations and ensuring adherence to incoterms and trade agreements.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate billing and invoicing for export transactions.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in export administration, shipping, or international logistics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and familiarity with ERP or shipping software.
- Strong understanding of export documentation requirements and international trade compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- High attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Incoterms 2020 and customs regulations is a plus.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are advantageous.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
