Responsibility
- Develop and execute high-quality pastry, dessert, and bakery menus aligned with brand standards and seasonal trends.
- Oversee daily production, ensuring consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control.
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and maintain cost efficiency without compromising quality.
- Train and mentor junior pastry staff, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to create signature desserts for special events and promotions.
- Adhere to food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards in all kitchen operations.
- Innovate with local ingredients (e.g., Balinese spices, tropical fruits) to create unique, regionally inspired pastries.

Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Pastry Chef or in a similar role within luxury hotels, resorts, or high-end bakeries.
- Formal culinary education (e.g., pastry arts diploma) or equivalent professional training.
- Proven expertise in French, Italian, or modern pastry techniques, including chocolate work, sugar art, and plated desserts.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing a pastry team.
- Creative mindset with a portfolio of original dessert concepts or menu development.
- Knowledge of food cost control, budgeting, and inventory management.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian or other languages is a plus.
