Responsibility
- Greet and seat guests with a warm, welcoming attitude, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, providing recommendations based on guest preferences.
- Serve food and drinks promptly, adhering to bar and kitchen timing standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including setting tables, replenishing supplies, and clearing used items.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, escalating issues to management when necessary.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently, including handling cash and card transactions.
- Upsell menu items and promotions to enhance the guest experience and increase revenue.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Waitress or in a similar customer service role, preferably in a bar or restaurant setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service, including wine, cocktails, and local specialties.
