Responsibility
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, including espresso, latte, cappuccino, and specialty drinks, following Zuspresso's high standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all equipment and utensils are sanitized and ready for use.
- Manage inventory by monitoring stock levels, restocking supplies, and reporting shortages to the manager.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, answering questions, and offering personalized recommendations.
- Process payments accurately using POS systems and handle cash transactions with integrity.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours and special events.
- Uphold food safety and hygiene standards in compliance with local regulations.
- Assist in training new baristas and sharing best practices for coffee preparation and customer engagement.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a customer-facing role is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Strong communication skills in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and inventory management.
- Passion for coffee and a willingness to learn about different brewing methods and flavor profiles.
- Flexibility to work part-time hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 10 kg.
- Team player with a proactive attitude and a commitment to delivering excellent service.
