Responsibility
- Greet customers warmly and provide attentive, personalized service at the fuel station booth.
- Accurately take and process orders for food, beverages, and retail products using POS systems.
- Prepare and serve high-quality food and drinks while maintaining hygiene and presentation standards.
- Handle cash and digital payments, ensuring accurate transactions and providing receipts.
- Assist customers with fuel-related inquiries and direct them to additional services (e.g., car wash, air/water stations).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked booth area, including restocking merchandise as needed.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate issues to management when necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or retail experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are advantageous).
- Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for customer service.
- Basic math and cash-handling skills; familiarity with POS systems is preferred.
- Ability to work flexible part-time hours, including weekends and holidays (August 15–16 availability required).
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift light objects (up to 10 kg).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a busy environment.
- Willingness to adhere to company grooming and uniform standards.
