Responsibility
- Warmly greet and seat guests, ensuring a welcoming and professional first impression.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, providing recommendations when needed.
- Serve meals and drinks with attention to detail, adhering to established service standards.
- Anticipate guest needs and proactively address any requests or concerns to enhance their dining experience.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and seamless service delivery.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including tables, utensils, and service stations.
- Process payments accurately and handle cash or card transactions with integrity.
- Uphold hygiene and safety standards in compliance with local regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Waitress or Server in a restaurant, café, or hotel setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage service, including wine and cocktail pairings.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and carry trays or plates as needed.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and calculating bills.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the establishment.
- Familiarity with POS systems and order management software is an advantage.
