Responsibility
- Provide exceptional, friendly, and efficient service to guests in a high-volume hospitality setting.
- Take orders accurately, answer questions about the menu, and make recommendations based on guest preferences.
- Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails, coffee, and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and creativity.
- Operate the POS/cash register system efficiently, handling payments, splitting bills, and managing transactions with accuracy.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, including bar areas, dining tables, and service stations.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and seamless service delivery.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and a solution-oriented approach.
- Upsell menu items and promotions to enhance guest experience and drive revenue.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards, including proper food and beverage handling procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum education: Diploma (D1/D2/D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Culinary Arts, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Waitress, Bartender, or Server in a restaurant, bar, or hotel setting.
- Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes, coffee preparation, and basic bar operations.
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage warmly with guests from diverse backgrounds.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail, with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Fluency in English is a plus; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin, Russian) are highly desirable.
