Responsibility
- Lead the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the ISO management system.
- Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with ISO standards and organizational policies.
- Develop, review, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to align with best practices.
- Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies to facilitate certification and compliance processes.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on ISO requirements and quality management principles.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of the ISO management system, identifying areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quality management practices into daily operations.
- Ensure documentation and records are maintained in accordance with ISO standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an ISO Manager or similar role, with a strong understanding of ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001).
- Certification as an ISO Lead Auditor is highly desirable.
- Excellent knowledge of audit procedures, compliance requirements, and quality management systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address compliance gaps.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and influence stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and continuous improvement.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian is preferred.
