Responsibility
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverage orders with precision and efficiency.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Coffee Bar, including equipment and workstations.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
- Provide exceptional customer service, engaging with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Assist in inventory management, including stocking supplies and tracking usage.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager and Supervisor to streamline operations and improve service quality.
- Handle cash transactions and operate POS systems accurately.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on new products, techniques, and company policies.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista or in a similar F&B role (fresh graduates with passion are welcome).
- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods, equipment, and beverage preparation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic understanding of POS systems and cash handling.
- High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining quality standards.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Fluency in English and/or Indonesian is a plus.
