Responsibility
- Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service with a professional demeanor.
- Process cash and digital payments accurately using POS systems, ensuring 100% transactional integrity.
- Take and deliver food/drink orders efficiently, coordinating with kitchen and bar teams.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting workstation (cashier counter, dining areas).
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with problem-solving skills.
- Upsell menu items and promotions to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow during peak hours.
- Adhere to hygiene, safety, and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; hospitality training is a plus.
- Fluent in English (additional languages, e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin, are advantageous).
- Previous experience in cash handling, customer service, or F&B is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-first mindset.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and work under pressure.
- Flexible schedule (including weekends, holidays, and evening shifts).
- Neat, professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Basic math skills for accurate cashiering and order calculations.
